The dedicated team at Ducklings Childcare are highly qualified, with Level 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 certifications in childcare and all with paediatric first aid training, and include an Early Years Professional. We are passionate about what we do, and children are truly at the heart of everything we do.
Trained, caring and always ready
To ensure personalised care, every child and family has a dedicated Key Person who provides ongoing support and guidance. We prioritise the safety and well-being of your child by maintaining a team of staff who are Paediatric First Aid Trained, Safeguarding trained, Food Hygiene Trained, and have undergone DBS checks with the update service.
At Ducklings Childcare, we go the extra mile by having apprentice team members and dedicated one-to-one workers/support workers, ensuring that every child receives the individual attention they need to thrive.

We believe in collaboration and actively work with a range of professionals such as Occupational Health Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Inclusion Officers, Play Therapists, and local schools. This multidisciplinary approach enables us to provide comprehensive support for children with diverse needs.

We are proud to partner with Speech Stars and language therapist who visits our setting regularly. Together with our dedicated Communication & Language Lead, they enhance language development and communication skills, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

With a passion for special educational needs and safeguarding, I strive to ensure that each child at Ducklings receives the support and care they deserve.
